Dedicated to making music accessible to wider audiences
Welcome to the fifth season of the Sarasa Chamber Music Series! This year brings an even more unusual and varied set of programs including:

- October: a concert by three of Boston's favorite period instrument cellists
- November: the continued exploration of viola quintets with the addition of oboist Peggy Pearson
- January 2004: an appearance by the well-known vocal duo Pamela Murray and Pamela Dellal
- *January 2004: special one-time concert in January to raise funds for a new Sarasa recording featuring two of our previous guests soloists. Dominique Labelle, soprano and Sanford Sylvan, baritone will be singing some of the most famous Bach cantatas. They will be joined by a cast of fabulous instrumentalists in an intimate evening at the Friends' Meeting House in Cambridge.
- *February 2004 a special, non-subscription concert A Baroque Mosaic with Emily Van Evera.
- April 2004: a piano trio/dance collaboration with original choreography.

*Residencies completed: Sarasa recently completed three outreach residencies at three teenage delinquent centers in Massachusetts.*New Sarasa member: Very talented violinist Christina Day Martinson
joined Sarasa for its concert at the Frick Collection in NYC. Welcome Christina! *CD release update: The release of Sarasa's Bach Cantatas CD's has been delayed until summer/fall of this year due to high costs of having to force a second recording session.
